First proper day of holidays

Well I shouldn't have had that extra brandy and lemonade last night :(

I got a really nice email from Siobhan which I have only just opened this morning, although it sounds daft it has really picked me up.

The diet is crap. After a few drinks last night, the crisps and chocolate came out again - so I think that Lauren will have to wait a bit longer before she goes enfemme. (This is my new strategy - loose weight or no dressing)

I think I might put up a pic of my fat belly later to serve as public humiliation and keep me on task!

We enjoyed watching Billy Elliot which was on tele again last night. Its nice to see my boys enjoying watching it again - I think they've seen it about 4 times.

Happy Easter

Well, I have been thinking a lot about the content of this blog, and have decided that I'm not quite ready for coming out with so much personal info quite so fast, although this is probably not a problem because I don't know if anyone visited it.

So I've just removed all of the content that I've put up over the past week. Time will tell whether or not I continue.

Although I've enjoyed posting to Siobhans group recently, I think that I was probably rather crass with a comment that I made yesterday - and got mt knuckles rapped. So without feeling too sorry for myself I am feeling rather embarrased.

Anniversary

It's our anniversary today, my darling wife is my best friend and soulmate as well as lover. I love her as much now as when we got married - we certainly know each other better!

I enjoyed having a rant and joining in with the rant on Siobhans page last night - what a complicated issue this is - or maybe we make too much of an issue out of it!?

This blog is becoming slightly frustrating - whilst I don't mind the idea of keeping a private diary, I don't need a blog for that. I suppose the concept of a blog is that occassionally (too many c's s's and l's I think) other people will read it and leave a comment well:

I don't know if anyone has visited / read this yet - because there are no comments - so if you have come here, just say hi please, pretty please, pretty please with a cherry on the top, aw go on, go on go on go on!
